FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Promotions strengthen JPI leadership, corporate support and construction teams

IRVING, Texas (Feb. 17, 2020) – JPI announced today the promotions of 15 associates collectively in the company’s Irving and San Diego offices, including the naming of four new Senior Vice Presidents. These promotions follow a year of growth for the most active multifamily developer in Dallas-Fort Worth with a strengthening portfolio in Southern California.

“We have never been more confident that JPI has the best people in the industry, and these well-deserved promotions speak to our commitment to our associates, culture and overall success as a workplace,” said Brad Taylor, JPI’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner. “Each of these servant leaders have been strategically selected and placed in their roles to help lead the company towards even greater success today and in the future.”

Starting her career with JPI in May 1998, Beth Beach has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Financial Services, where she will oversee all aspects of Financial Services, including Treasury, Risk Management, Accounting, FP&A, IT and Business Systems.

A 22-year JPI veteran, Cori Lanclos has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administrative Services, where she will lead the Operations and Administration teams, including Human Resources, Talent and Development, Office Management and PR & Corporate Communications.

Beach and Lanclos join General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Julie Hunt to create a strong, female leadership team that will guide JPI’s entire Services group.

“Leadership diversity is important and I’m excited to partner with Beth and Cori as they take on expanded roles,” said Chris Clayton, Chief Financial Officer and Administrative Partner.

Based in JPI’s Western office, Christopher Livoni has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Regional Development Partner, where he will lead his team through the entire lifecycle of the deal while providing valuable leadership to both the Western Region and Corporate Support Services teams.

Based in JPI’s Central office, Blake Taylor has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Regional Development Partner, where he will process, capitalize, sell and facilitate new multi-family developments in the DFW markets while providing leadership to the Asset Management and Operation teams, Central Region and Corporate teams.

“Both Chris and Blake are vital assets to our regional offices. Their individual expertise in our local markets and the industry as a whole has helped fuel our growth and will continue to position our development teams for even greater success in 2020 and beyond,” added Taylor.

In addition, 11 other JPI associates earned well-deserved promotions in January.
