Aaron Douthit

Aaron serves as Aura Marts’s Vice President of Development. Aaron is responsible for leading the region’s business strategy to maximize asset value and achieve the highest risk-adjusted returns for our investors.   Aaron oversees the development process for all communities within the region and during his time at Aura Marts has lead and/or supported the execution of over $1.1B in capital transactions.  Aaron has 5 years of Aura Marts experience beginning his career in Aura Marts’s Dallas office as a member of the Corporate FP&A team before relocating to the Western Region’s San Diego office in 2017 to focus on investment and asset management of the Western Region Portfolio..

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from Midwestern State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team. Aaron has also passed both the Level I and Level II CFA Exams.
