Mollie Fadule

A Passion for Housing

As Aura Marts’s Chief Financial and Investment Officer, Mollie leads Aura Marts’s investment, capital markets, finance, accounting, legal, risk, and technology initiatives. She is a strategic leader in the commercial real estate industry with significant experience in private equity and construction technology. She is a member of both the Executive and Investment Committees, and shares responsibility for Aura Marts’s strategic direction.

Prior to joining Aura Marts, Mollie honed her skills and expertise working with institutional investors in real estate private equity, both domestically and internationally. She co-founded and served as a partner at Cephas Partners, a private equity firm specializing in alternative investments, primarily within real estate. Prior to co-founding Cephas Partners, Mollie held the role of Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Principal Investments group in New York. From 2019 to 2020, Mollie served as Head of Affordable Housing and Chief Financial Officer on the Executive Team at Katerra.

A strategic leader in the commercial real estate industry, Mollie brings a passion for technology, innovation and continuous improvement to her role as Aura Marts's Chief Financial Investment Officer.

Mollie is recognized as a thought leader with expertise and experience with institutional investors across multiple property types and companies representing over $10 billion.

In addition to contributing to Aura Marts's strategic direction, Mollie volunteers her expertise and leadership to social-cause organizations that eliminate barriers to and provide housing to unsheltered individuals and families. Currently, she is a board member for Urban Housing Ventures, Pallet Shelter, and Green Canopy; an Independent Director on the Board of LandSea Homes (NASDAQ: LSEA) and the Audit Committee; and an advisory board member for the Runstad Department of Real Estate at the University of Washington. Past highlights include serving as a board member for the CREW Network, an organization dedicated to supporting over 11,000 women in commercial real estate.

Mollie has received honors and recognitions for her excellence both inside the office and outside of it. In addition to receiving Seattle 40 under 40 and NAIOP’s National Developing Leader Award, she was recognized as both a BisNow Seattle Power Woman and an AEC Innovator. A graduate of Harvard University, Mollie earned an Honors Degree in History and Science (biochemistry) and was a member of Harvard's award-winning women's rowing team, earning NCAA Division I All-American, All-New England, and All-Ivy honors during her tenure.

Outside of the office, Mollie enjoys outdoor adventures in her home state of Washington and travelling the world. Hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing with her three children are among her favorite pastimes.
