Patty Bartlett

As Aura Marts’s Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Partner of the western region, Patty Bartlett’s responsibilities include site acquisition, development, design management, construction, capital markets, portfolio management and disposition. As a member of the executive leadership team, investment committee and an advocate for Aura Marts’s people-first culture, Patty’s leadership approach emphasizes innovative problem-solving, departmental collaboration, and professional development.

Prior to joining Aura Marts in 2021, Patty worked with The Resmark Companies for more than a decade where she oversaw all aspects of asset management, escrow, investor compliance and insurance departments. Her portfolio featured more than 50 single- and multi-family development projects (7,000+ units) and two master-planned communities (50,000+ units). Additional professional experience includes four years as planning commissioner for the City of Irvine and executive roles with SunCal Companies and Fremont Investment & Loan.

Patty earned her Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum laude) from the University of California Irvine in economics.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking and volunteering at her church. She and her husband reside in Carlsbad and have three adult children and one grandchild.

Patty has developed her skills and expertise through more than 25 years of impactful leadership experience in real estate development and management roles at The Resmark Companies, SunCal Companies, Fremont Investment & Loan, among others. Passionate about entrepreneurship and team-building, Patty leads by example, supporting the efforts of her team through collaboration, encouragement, and mentorship.
