Ryan Weber

As Project Director for Aura Marts’s Western Region, Ryan leads project teams throughout the construction process, starting at design development and continuing through project closeout. Ryan brings to the Aura Marts team an extensive background in multifamily construction, having worked in various roles within the industry for over thirteen years. Over this tenure working with general contracting and ownership firms, he has built an assortment of different product types throughout the multifamily sector, totaling over five thousand apartment homes.

Ryan is fiercely passionate about construction and driven to produce a quality product that exceeds expectations. He owes this passion and drive largely to his father, who taught him how to read blueprints at the age of two.

When he is not on the jobsite, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter. At their happiest, you can find the Weber family on a ski mountain!
