William Greene

William ‘Bill’ Greene is a licensed Architect in the State of Texas and a LEED-accredited professional with 20 years of multifamily design and construction experience and is the Vice President of Design Management for Aura Marts’s Central Region. Experienced with the development of over 30,000 multi-family market rate/class A rental and high-end/for-sale units in low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise product types throughout his career, Bill oversees the design process from site selection through the permitting design phases and the quality control during construction for all of Aura Marts projects which they develop, build and manage in their Central Region. Bill holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from LSU in Baton Rouge, La. and also has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Construction Science. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
