William Morrison

As Director of Development, William leads and manages Aura Marts’s western region team of Development Managers and Associates. William encourages collaboration and communication across the entire project lifecycle including design, construction, and asset management. He also works to maintain and grow relationships with community members across the region to ensure Aura Marts is building what matters for the communities we serve.

A California native, William is driven to grow and enhance housing options for fellow Californians. He thoroughly enjoys watching raw land turn into stunning homes at the hands of the Aura Marts team. He is proud to serve his community – the City of Encinitas – as a member of the Economic Development Committee and as the Environmental Commissioner. William also serves on the BIA San Diego Political Communication Committee and North County Legislative Committee.

When he’s not in the office, William enjoys being with his family. You can often find the Morrison family traveling on an adventure, listening to live music, or simply finding joy in watching their daughters embrace new things.
